1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at least 12 hours before shipment without any fee. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible, but you may request a return once you receive the item (subject to our return policy).

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued in the following situations:

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The product was defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • Duplicate payment or overpayment was made.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval, and will be returned via the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or tampered with.

  • Items returned without original packaging or invoice.

  • Customized or special-order parts that cannot be resold.

  • Delays caused by courier or logistics beyond our control.

4. Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within warranty time from the day of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs may apply unless the error was from our side.
